The room was well-maintained and spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of sunlight coming in through the big windows. The location was convenient, just a short drive away from the Alaska Sealife Center and Resurrection Bay. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and even dropped off a battery light for us during a power outage.
The only thing that could have made breakfast better would be a wider variety of items to choose from.

The location of the guest house was excellent, with attractions like the Sea Life Center and Kenai Fjords Cruise just a short drive away. The staff was also friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and easy.
The noise at night due to the creaking floors from the owners living upstairs was quite disruptive and made it difficult to sleep peacefully.

The owner was very communicative and went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. They even provided a battery light when the power went out. The location of the guest house was convenient, just a short distance from the train depot and downtown area. We also appreciated the extra amenities like the coffee pot and snacks in the cupboards.
There were a couple of things that were less than ideal. The couches were not very comfortable and the main bed was quite shaky.
